What’s inside

Both kits: Before contains ubiquinol, choline & inositol, R-alpha lipoic acid, acetyl-L-carnitine and liposomal vitamin C. During contains extended-release R-alpha lipoic acid, acetyl-L-carnitine and liposomal vitamin C.

Basic After: GABA, L-theanine, ashwagandha, lemon balm, astragalus and schisandra berry. Basic Next Day: lithium orotate and EGCG (green tea extract).

Plus+ After: GABA, L-theanine, ashwagandha, lemon balm, astragalus, schisandra berry, passion flower, melatonin and a magnesium patch. Plus+ Next Day: lithium orotate, EGCG, Lion’s Mane and NAD+.
